DCS 19 Fabric/Leather/Suede Protection penetrates the fibers to keep liquids and solids from creating stains and enhances the cleaning results. It also increases the life and durability of all fabrics by preventing dirt from penetrating the molecule of the fiber which can cause soil build up and accelerate the wear of your fabric. Treated fabric will resist stains for 2 years in an outdoor application and 5 years in an indoor application. With no build-up you can never apply too often or too much!! On outdoor fabrics it also increases UV protection by up to 35%!! 1 can covers approximately 30 – 40 square feet. 1. Test on hidden area to make certain color of fabric is not affected.2. Be sure area to be treated is free of spots.3. Hold can 10 – 12 inches away with nozzle pointed in direction of area to be treated and spray with sweeping motion to ensure even coverage.4. Do not saturate as light spraying will give effective protection. Be sure to cover fabrics evenly and thoroughly for best results. 5. Allow 12 hours drying time before using treated fabric. 6. Allow 24 hours curing time then test for repellency with drops of water. If water penetrates fabric will need a second application of DCS 19.
